throttle motor testing

Hello everyone I have a 4y ecs that is throwing a code 8 for the throttle controll circuit. Could anybody tell me which wire does what on the throttle controll motor connector? Or any tips on on trouble shooting this system? Any info can be sent to loewen12 at hotmail dot com. Thanks

Hello, the code 8 is for the ECM has sent a request and the system did not see that response. You need to look at the two larger wires. They will be closet to you. They are the motor positive and negative. If you have a source and no excessive voltage drops then the individual motor check will need done.
