BT PMX no forward or reverse

Hi there can anyone give me advice on this unit? It has lift but no travel and belly button switch does not work. 24V from battery to controller good. micro switches good.

Is the light on top of the controller coming on at all?
If is not or if is steady on, you have a bad controller.

no it doesn't. I can hear it clicking when I pull the handle down, but no movement.
