Code 19 - Please Advise

We have a code 19 showing up on display and are unable to get the lift to start. We have tried replacing the ignition switch because after you toggle the key for several minutes it usually fires up. It is starting to occur more often now. We have also already cleaned and checked all of the electrical connections.

I believe the serial number is A2EC269096 but the label is scratched up so it is hard to tell exactly.

Can somebody please give me some insight as to what this code means? Thank you

Display 19 means Drive shunt field transistor drain fault (low). No lift truck operation.

check your battery first
possible causes are:
Logics not programmed correctly
open drive shunt field fuse
poor wire connections
open drive shunt field
shorted T371 transistor
logics defect

good luck
