Hyster H90XMS K005V05845A no voltage to the elec. lock valve

Intermitten 12v to the lock valve when the key is on. Sometimes full voltage, sometimes momentary voltage; relay problem, computer problem, or sensor problem? Also initial start up has a very high idle for about a 1/2 hour.

Any suggestions?

I have a lift with the same problem. Do you find out what the problem was?
