Discussion:
Jungheinrich ERE 120 C096 E034

Hello everybody,
please help me out with my problem.

I have a Jungheinrich ERE 120 AC model displaying faultcode E096 and E034.
I have already replaced the tiller module and checked all the wiring, but couldn't find any faults with it.
The condition of the battery is ok (new).

Can someone please help me?

Regards John

The serial number is: 90197034.

The initial faults were C016 and E025. Therefore I've replaced the rpm-sensor bearing, but it had no effect. Then I've replaced the logic controller and that aldo had no effect.

Last I've changed the tiller unit and the faults were gone fore a few days.

Now the last few days the truck has faultcodes E096 and E034.
I've already checked the wiring loom but no problems were found.

Strange thing is that E096 stands for no zero position, the truck has only on/off push buttons.

I hope you can help me out.

Regards John

Hello John
E 096 no zero position for hydraulic/solo pilot or multipilot
E 034 can bus damaged
From this error I think that your electronic unit dont work(have problem) usually is problem in her so if you have try another one.If not and you do all measurement in wiring open electronic and look for problem in it.
Send me serial and I will try to give you more info.
Good Luck
