Jungheinrich \Connection problem between Judit box and Truck ETV214

Hi Friend,
I have been trying to connect the Judit canbox (old version)with this truck (reach truck ETV214 -9105xx-2008.), but it always alarm something like " connection failed" and ask me to cancel or retrial,... the LED of the canbox is always = RED.

I am using the laptop with the direct RS232
My Judit is 4.19
I am using win XP virtual machine
If you know, please help me and tell me why

You can NOT connect directly from RS232 / USB to forklift. You must have a canbus converter between.... Only on some ETX / KMS you can connect directly.

hi some machines dont need the canbox, try to conect the pc direrectly in the machine and run judit,
