Discussion:
Jungheinrich ETV A 25 G 115-802 DZ cannot start

Hello!

I'm currently trying to repair a Jungheinrich ETV A 25 G forklift from the 1988. Unfortunately my client has no documentation and the dealer cannot provide a schema of the control board.

The main motor simple won't start. I've replaced one short-circuited BUV18A on the control board. Unfortunately still two LEDs (one green and one red) light up when attached to the battery.

Does anyone know what the LEDs on the electronic control board represent? Or can anyone provide a schema of the control board?

Thank you in advance,
E:S
