Zapi Handset

I need your help Guys.. about this problem :
When i put handset to check Fault or adjust parameters ,
it gives me this :''Chopper no OK'' and then nothing
Is there any way to skip or solve this trouble.

Hello Robin
That info is normal for bad unit,you must to repair it or change.
It is important to know that Zapi handset is not for all units and manufacturers of forklift truck have different handsets.They are all Zapi with different eeprom version and connection.If your truck work normal than is your chopper OK but handset is not for that unit.In other solution if you make connection on truck and after that you see this info(it is error) your chopper is ready for repair.
