i've dealt with shockwatch and keytroller brands in the past
keytroller has a keypad access just like this and it required a generic code for each mode till it was changed after installation by the tech.
As i said, these codes are in the installation manual.
and you dont have the codes?
these programmable keypads have several access codes generally.
operator code access
maintenance code access
manager code access
the installation manual it came with should have these codes in them.
if you do not have this then you will have to call superiorsignals to find out how to get in it.
Can someone help Adi please. I think he means that he has mounted a safety lock and now cannot unlock.
