Problem with the power steering transistors in TCM (FB-7)

Hello,

I have a TCM forklift (MODEL: FB-7 series) and every time on start one of the power steering transistor is damaged and after replacing the transistor , again one of the transistor is damaged.

Could you please tell me where is the problem.

Do you only change the IGBT?When replacing the transistor, replace TMPS 1, TMPS 2, and PS board as well this is recommendation of manufactures,Is it steering motor Ok????.For the future problems contact me on mail in profile.
