No Reach

Symptom: no reach or retract or ss. operator indicator lights for tilt/reach/lift/ss do switch and tilt does operate and is the only function to operate aside from travel and lift.

The end of the mast cable on the carraige hooks to a diode assembly. Only 2 wires going to the diode block which has 3 terminal points on it. The cable is a 3 wire and one wire is cut at the same point the outter shielding is on the mast cable. Can anyone confirm that this wire should be going to the diode block? or does it only require 2 wires from the truck? seeing as how there are 2 solenoids i think i need the third wire. also the indicator lights in the solenoid card assy do not light up. My schematic is coming later today, but confirmation from someone who is more framiliar with this truck would be nice.
