codes a6-1,a6-3 , 63-1

Have these codes at start up.A6-1, A6-3, 63-1. No hyd function..have Changed lift and tilt switches have new harness, Cpu , hyd motor. Book says adj switches but no ajustment for tilt switch Could I have put the new tilt switches on in the wrong location as they are conected to 1 connector. Travel not affected. Also bdi flashes all segments. Battery is known good.

im getting a constant code 31...it used to happen here and there now it is like 90% of the time it throws this code alarm sounds and lift wont move. If any one knows what could be the possible causes that would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that there is a kit so you can replace the display battery. Fixnproblems is correct that it does cause multiple false codes when that battery dies.

I have ran into this similar problem. There is the display and under that a display card.(attached in the same white box) I have had to change the display card numerous times because there is a 3.6 volt lithium battery soldered into it that goes dead after awhile and causes multiple codes to appear. I would swap that card out with a known good one.
