Yale forklift engine

Hello I have an older Yale forklift and need to get some engine parts for it but I dont know what motor is in it is there some way to determine this with the serial number and if so where would I got to find out

you would be far better if (imho) to contact a forklift company for parts. even if you are not physically close to a forklift company, UPS can be there tomorrow with the CORRECT parts.

Ok if I want to go to the parts store to get parts for it what should I ask for car or truck wise I need a carb for it and I am pretty sure it is a 1983 model

yeah thats a GC series with a UA mazda engine and a 083 inch mast
that P serial number tells me its pretty old, havnt see that serial number range in years
