Raymond Model 102XM error code E118

Hey guys,

I have a Raymond 102XM that is flashing this error code E118, but I cant find any info on this error code. Walkie wont do a thing completely dead in the water. Battery seems good, cant see any obvious problems. Has anyone ran into this error code?

just an FYI on this E118. I had one today and I tested the batteries with a load tester 3 of 4 tested on the edge of weak. Then I did pairs and got the same result. I was going to plug in to the truck and see if there was any difference in the voltage drop and when I plugged in the batteries the truck powered up. I am planning on replacing the batteries.

This is going to sound a bit silly but the problem was low battery. The operator told me the battery was fully charged and I believed him. In the past the first thing I would do with any error this machine would through at me was charge the battery, and 9 times out of 10 low batteries was the problem. But thanks for your inputs, its nice to know there are people out there who can give advice when in a pickle.
