LINDE R16 G1X115R00228 2004

Hi to all. A costumer called me this morning said this truck sometimes shuts down and can only restart after an hour.In display shows the exclamation light ( ! ).Overheating,maybe? Does anyone can help me with a service manual and wire diagram for this model?Thank you in advance.

Hi again.
I think problem is solved,finnaly!Last time i went to the costumer the machine was failling more constantly,so i put display in TOD mode3 to check the current codes,and code 31-1 apears each time the reach truck traction was shut down.
Replace the accel. pot and machine is working good until today.Simple resolution when we get there,but wouldnt be possible without your help,thanks to you all.
Best regards

Hi again.The problem persists!
Strange one,i drived the forklift for a while,and nothing wrong happens,but as soon i lift or lower the forks at the same time i was going forward,the light "!" stays on and i lost traction,but all hidraulic functions works ok,including lift and lower.Then switch key off and on again and everything works normally.I noted that this issue only comes when using traction and hidraulics at the same time(only forward,never happen on reverse).
Wonder if some one had similar issue,and could give me a clue.
Best regards to all.

can it use the TOD model to display the fault code.
seat switch OFF,operat low joystick twice for 0.5 s;
then up joystick three times then low twice;will display current fault;

Hi,

The symbol "!" is just a warning not an real error. It normally stops hydraulic function but the traction should be still OK
As my experiences, you should check hydraulic part : Joysticks, height sensor, safety sensor of hydraulic function.
In some case, just clean all sensors then it is OK. The truck may use in cold store or in dusty environment.
Good luck

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
