Can anybody give me an idea on what an E-104 Code is on a Raymond 102T-F45L

Reason Power amplifier could not detect presence of brake coil.
Possible Cause/
Corrective Action
Open circuit due to brake or wiring; check brake and wiring.
Brake may not be releasing or stuck on motor end bell.
Master control relay missing or stuck open.
Main contactor open circuit (especially after it has closed).
Communication error due to PMT. Unplug PMT and allow to completely
reboot before turning truck ON.
Bad power amplifier.
