We have a Clark CTM16S (1998) No drive, Hydraulics work, how do we access the dash to look for faults and what code will it give us?
Thanks Nigel

Hi mate

If you could add your email in the profile I can send you the instructions which are included in the service manual. The other option is if you have a zapi handset plug it in and check in the settings there.

Hi
There is no warning on the dash, so we think it is a interlock switch or connector, we were hoping to access the dash and see what was not connected, ie stopping it from working.
Do you know how to access the dash, control? it is a Zapi controler

HI Mate

If this is the same type of truck I have worked on a few months ago, one uses the Zapi controller the other uses the BOSCH LT200 Controller. Either way if a fault as such has occurred it should throw up the error on the dash. Whats coming up on the dash when you start it up and when you try drive? It may be that your missing an interlock like seat handbrake etc?

I think with the Zapi unit there is a connection on the dash which flashes a Red LED indicating an error

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
