What type of code is this and/or am I reading it right. Thanks in advance.

Didn't see a number listed. The DTC's in the Hyster lift are either three digits followed by a dash and a number(168-4) or they are six digits followed by a dash and a number(522660-4)
If you will post the code, I will see if I can be of assistance.
