Discussion:
lights

Sounds simple and I`ve seen it before but the charger was plugged into the machine and not the battery. Now no lights front or rear, bulbs, switches and fuses are good, is the ground circuit controlled by the ECU or ? Everything else works.

Kevin, you were right about the DC converter. Had to be a contortionist to replace it but all is good now.
Thanks again for all the input

there are 2 relays back there just under the hood, one controls tail lights and the other is a backup relay for the backup lights if i'm not mistaken.
the tail light relay is surely suspect but i'd also find the fuse for the lights and double check that, being you've lost all lights.

Just a thought to ponder ;o)

There is a relay mounted in the rear area when you lift up the hood where the wiring runs across the rear of the lift that could be your problem.

I had thought that as well but there is 48volts at the switch.

think there is a DC-DC converter that cuts battery voltage down to 12 volts for the lights and such

Fact of the week
In Germany, the 9th of November is sometimes called Schicksalstag, the "Day of Fate" because it has been the day for several major historical events, including the horrors of Kristallnacht in 1938 and the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989.
