Need info on this truck

Hello, I just purchased this machine and I am trying to find some info on it. Particularly, what year it is and what motor it is equipped with. I am also looking for any maintenance tips that I should be performing. The serial # is A809N09012W.

10-30 oil and a Napa 1083 filter

Thanks for the reply.

What type of oil should I use and do you have any idea what napa filter might fit? It hasn't been run in over a year and it would appear to have quite a bit of condensation in the crankcase (it sat in a damp garage). I doubt it is coolant as the level is perfect.

Mazda FE engine. I can just guess at the year 2004-2006. No special maintenance tips, change the oil and grease it every 200-300 hours and keep the air filter clean.
