I am servicing over 200 assorted forklifts and about a third of them are clarks, I REALLY need a list of error codes. If you could find it in your heart!!?

As long as the unit is properly serviced and the fuel system drained I have never had any problems getting warranty on fuel related components provided they fall within the warranty time frame and hour limits.
Does the warranty have any limitations on grade of fuel. Here in the Phila area there's only 1 propane supplier that I know of that can verify he supplies HD-5. I have many fuel related problems due to customers using the wrong grade.
I'll have to check, I just shipped it off to a clark dealer to be fixed, so I'm definitely gonna check !

I would check warranty on the vaporizer. If I'm not mistaken it is covered for 2500 hrs. Hour many hrs on your lift?
And the answer is........Vaporizer Assembly is blown! Causing the system to flood. Pinch the fuel line where it goes out to the system and it levels out.
That truck is a year and a half old, it has the Hyundai engine with a Juniper fuel system. Is the check engine light on? Patti, contact the local dealer to get this repaired under Clark warranty.
standard warranty on a Clark lift is 12mth/2000hrs full
24mth/4000hrs powertrain
and then the above mentioned fuel related items and there respective warranties.
I Believe any manufaturer of a tier 3 truck has to cover any emission related components for 5 years,I maybe wrong but know they are required to cover longer than any warranty you would have.
here is the warranty policy on the Tier 2 & 3 Clark Woodward systems.
all warranty work MUST be performed by your local Clark dealer to obtain factory warranty.
EPA COMPLIANT FUEL SYSTEM WARRANTY
For 36 months after the product has been installed, CLARK warranty will cover the
replacement or repair of fuel system components excluding the fuel tank, spark plugs
and wires, and the labor to install them provided the truck use has not exceeded 2500
hours.
The components covered are:
Fuel Lock off
Vaporizor / Regulator / EPR
Carburetor / Mixer
Fuel Trim Valve
Ignition Coil
Distributor Cap
Rotor
Fuel System Thermostat
O2 Sensor
Engine Control Module / ECU / SECM*
Electronic Throttle Control*
Catalytic Muffler*
Map Sensor
Fuel Rail
Fuel Injector / Fuel Nozzle
*NOTE:
Additionally, for up to 60 months from the installation date, CLARK warranty will cover
the replacement or repair of the Catalytic muffler, Engine Control Module / SECM or
Electronic Throttle Control provided the truck use has not exceeded 3500 hours.
Component serial numbers are required on warranty claims for work performed on
vaporizer/regulator, mixer/carburetor or the Engine Control Module / SECM. The
Engine Fault Code which was determined to be the cause of the component
replacement should also be included in the work description on the claim.
I'll check into that, it's less than 2 years old.
I didn't notice this was a new machine with tier 3 fuel system. I've had 2 of these that were a year or two older than yours backfire thru the carb and broke the Bosch throttle body. It breaks the plastic gears that open and close the throttle plate, and jams it. What about a warranty?
if this is a 2010 model unit it will have the Woodward Tier 3 fuel system. this unit has a Bosch electronic throttle assembly that is controlled by the SECM and if it has a throttle related code the accelerator will not respond.
you need to check and see if the unit has any fault codes.
turn the key to the on position and depress the accelerator 3 times fully and wait for the Engine Light to start flashing. the first code will be a 2 digit code and it will be 12 after the 12 the codes are 3 digits and and the end of the fault list you will get anothe 12 and the cycle will start over again.
also check the harness connection at the electronic throttle and at the accelerator assembly and match sure they are clean and tight.
Hats off to ALL of you...BB u had bad info to work with, now if my Tech will just listen to your suggestions, I may get this thing running!

mrfixit suggestion was a very good point to check
i'd still check the things i said to check and i'll add one more thing as i had a very similar problem with a lift before, the diaphram in the mixer wasnt operating correctly and not seating properly and wouldnt let the lift run/accelerate. But the throttle plate/governor or accelerator/throttle body sounds more like it to me.
i believe someone already asked about if it had a throttle cable or does it have electronic throttle body?( i believe his terminology was "drive by wire")
more things to ponder while troubleshooting ;o)

I think that's a C232L, not C2321
Mitsubish 4G64 motor, Impco model J and VFF lockoff, vacuum operated governor mounted under the carb. If the governor is broken and it's throttle plate is closed then it won't let it rev up when you press the petal down.
Sorry- my bad- I used the wrong number to check the year. does it have a drive by wire system or cable for the throttle?
