you most likely will have to have someone with the software and laptop out, and have the accel pedal relearned.
I should also mention that you should never test the red and white wires that go to the fcsv (vac valve mounted on top of the LPG regulator) and if you have, you may need a new ECU. it is a pulsed signal, but trying to check it with a light or other 'path to ground' can let the magic smoke out of the little black boxes inside the ECU.

the forklift will not start and when you start having very low engine rpm and off, LPG ​​gas does not reach the carburetor, I need to know how to work the FCSV. the fuel lock off voltage is lost after starting.

the actual serial number will be needed to be sure you get correct information, different ecus were used in different years and some customers got trucks with ECU or ECM before 2003 for optional speed control. All of which are different schematics.
What is the problem you are trying to fix? What is/are the symptoms?
