Crown ESR302014 Fault Code 41

Can anyone help please, I after information for fault code 41 showing up on the Crown ESR302014 reach truck (S/n. 8A101601).

The controller is an EV-T6 if that helps.

If it uses the Ev100 system its possible the pins on the logic card for the thermal circuit have been pushed further out of the connector?

What kind of controller is in it? Contactor or main controller type? If its a controller-open thermal sensor internal to the controller.
