Mariotti makes sitdown forkllifts with dimensions of stand-up machines. That is an advantage. And add cusion tyres, tracktion battery, high-lift masts. That is realy a good choise! we start to import this machines to russia!

Because Mariotti have never manufactured stand up forklift :)
I as referring to the older stand up Namcos with the Onan engines.
The smallest Mariotti , MYCROS AC 6C work in 98" (confortable aisle, that means can work in something less) with a 40X48 long pallet and lift 1100 pounds , talking about sit-down forklift you cannot find smallest truck.
For Duodeluxe parts for Mariotti (and Namco by Mariotti) are not difficult to find , there is a big stock in USA or can be shipped from Italy (thru the American distributor) :)
Most walkie straddle trucks like a Crown 20MT or a Big Joe PDI require a 78" aisle with a 40 x 48" long pallet so I seriously doubt that a stand up Namco will work in an 83" aisle. On the other hand, you can probably get anything to work if you don't mind spending 10 minutes putting away a pallet.
I recently missed out on 2 namco lifts that were scrapped. those mariotti micro lifts look nice, but too much $$. I can't use a fork over stacker, so I think I'm stuck with my big joe until I find a useable Namco...

What size are your pallets. If you are using single faced pallets then you could use a "fork over" stacker which Linde also makes.
There is an Italian manufacturer that makes "Micro" trucks.
They did make the Namco stand up in both IC and electric versions but the parts are geeting very difficult to find for these machines.
Thats odd, from what I see the linde is almost 13" shorter and has a 43" turn radius yet has a RAS of 110 vs 112 ras for the clark with a 52" turn radius (assuming 48" pallet and zero clearance) ? Doesn't make sense, unless I'm missing something.

1. With your stated a minimum (ideal)working aisle width of 83" with a 40" wide x 48" long pallet load and not wanting to use a unit with straddle legs don't think you will find a unit. The Linde e 10 requires an aisle width of a minimum of 110"+ 6-8". operating clearance but only has a basic lift capacity of 2200 lbs & would derate further when equipped with a side shift & triple mast plus it has a proprietary control system (a growing trend in the lift truck industry).
2. There are 3K electric, stand-up end control units (e.g. Clark ESM15S) or sit down 3 wheel lift with a short battery. Some of the old models were equipped with a GE SCR controller. This web site compartment has button on the left side called "Spec Checker" you can look up a lot of information on current & older models by brand name. What you need to look at is the spec titled "right angle stacking (working) aisle". In most cases this is a dimension without load length & operating clearance - you need to add your load length + 6-*' for clearance. In some case - European models or Asian units will have the aisle required with a specified load width & length.
It will be working in the aisle (83" at the moment, but movable and I'm low on space so narrower would be better yet) and unloading. greatly prefer a stand up as I need to get in and out a lot. Ideal lift height would be 180" but I could live with 144". Cushion tire is fine as its all flat level concrete, but I may add a (mild slope 40+ft) ramp to a dock at some point, ideal lift capability would be 2800lbs to 5' (bridgeport milling machines) ,1400lbs all the way up, 24" load center, mostly standard pallets. Actual run time is only under an hour a day. I'm using a big joe pdi24-110 but the straddle legs are a problem, and I need more height and capacity for safety margin, and since I'm dreaming, a fork positioner. Simple is good, I can fix or make almost any part I would need except board level electronics repair so even something that needs work other than that would be OK. Must be something that does not require proprietary diagnostic equipment to repair...I'd even consider IC if there was a modern equivalent of the the old Namco 2020 (or a nice used one of those) even though they are a little light for what I need, if the price was right just getting rid of the straddle legs would be great.

If what you have mostly found have the battery positioned parallel to the, except for units that come from China or Europe, that should give you a clue as to what type of product support (parts, service, rentals) you can expect to receive or not receive to keep you up and running.
What size clear working aisle (i.e. will the pallets over hang the face of the rack?, do you have or plan to have? Will this unit be confined to work in the aisle or work in loading & unloading operations also? what is the height of the top beam? what type of operating surface do you have? what is the max load weight & size (l x w x h), how many hours a day will the machine be operating?
With this information your audience might have a better idea to offer you solutions - heck the Brits might have a unit that will "turn on a six pence".
That looks good, but I was hoping I could find something with the battery oriented parallel to the forks and the operator next to the battery because I need something with the least possible overall length. Seems like everything with the battery perpendicular to the forks has an overall length almost as long as a sit down...

The Yale ESC030AB might be a unit you want to look at - there should be plenty of used units around

I'm not a dealer, but I would prefer used. Seems like a chicken and egg thing, there would be plenty around if they imported them! The only similar thing I see out there is a lonking cpd10, which I don't think I can get either. Know of anything that IS available here? (3000 lb cap /168" lift /fork positioner would be better for me, but that puts me into crown rc style stuff I think)

It is Europe only. Linde US could import any Linde but the reason they don't is that they is don't want to make a large investment in stocking replacement parts for only one or two units that are in the field.
