Cat EP25K ETB8B

I am having problems setting the lift micro switches. The first switch comes in and the pump pulses slowly, the forks begin to rise then the second switch operates and the fork jump to full speed, I have tried various switch settings to no avail! (are the forks only suppose to rise when the second switch operates?)
Would appreciate some input thanks

The word "robotics" was coined by Russian-born American science-fiction writer Isaac Asimov who first used the word in 1942 in his short story 'Runabout'. He characterised robots as helpful servants and as "a better, cleaner race."
