Need Help To Fix JUNGHEINRICH ETV 110 YEARS 2006 with AC System

Dear,All Smart Technician

hello i have problem to fix my jungheinrich ETV 110 years 2006 with AC system in drive motor.

the problem is when i start the key switch error code out in a display JULIA ERROR 019 LIFT CONTROLLER.

please help,if any one could give some advice and step to do for repair this.

multi joystick give problems
Look after the switch en poti in the Joystick
