Code 11 - Start switch closed before key

When we turn the key, the truck does not start up and error code 11 pops up. This is an AC 2005 truck. Any ideas on what causes that and how to fix it?

good day..

i am from the phils... we have brand new hyster e60xn forklift.
there is an error code of 8976 on some units.
the forklift just stops all of a sudden and won't move.
the operator just switches off the key and after a while turns it back on and the forklift operates again.
what could be the cause of this problem?

Did some looking around and it turns out the accelerator pedal was not returning to the up position all the way. By being slightly depressed it was throwing up code 11. Just FYI for anyone else having this issue, check the accelerator pedal.
