hello i am looking help about EV 100 problem when working in cool area about 10 F. sometime the lift truck stop working no move the traveling system look like disable only hydro pump is ok and then time later it work like nothing. i have this problem with Yale and crown too

The heaters fro cold storage are an optional features for the unit. The EV100 controller will work in the cold temperature but in the operation you have the lift trucks needs to be equipped with the optional cold storage/freezer protection - heater - fluids (hydraulic, gear case, etc.
I suggest you, & it is your best bet, contact your closest Crown lift truck dealer to get the exact details of what is needed in your operation - they are the experts on this equipment. Give them your operation details (time in freezer - time out, etc) as well as truck model, serial number & the controller model.

Model Rc3020-40 serial 1280313 year 2005 4000lbs
crown, the EV100 is G.E. EV100T1MT1. What reference let me know if the EV100 work in freezer area, where are the resistor or heaters beacause i have a regular control system.
the local area is less than e miles from the ocean the humidity high factor.

Sounds like a condensation issue to me being in the Dominican Republic - high humidity& temperature differential exposure (ambient to 10F) when the unit is out of the 10F freezer. Things freeze up quickly when you go in to the cold - accelerator pots, etc. If you have heaters on the unit make certain they are OK - the heaters are nothing more than a resistor & resistor will burn out.
The hydraulic functions remain OK as they generally are contactor control only with SCR drive.

WHAT TRUCK MAKE? MODEL?, YEAR?, SERIAL NUMBER? This info is very helpful when trying to resolve issues. Also, is controller EV!00, EV100LX or LXT or EV100ZX?

Is the truck cold store spec?

no this model don't have display, i use a handset to read the code and it throw code 045, but the truck is working ok on temp over 55 f, it only happen some time in cool area no avery time.

this sounds more like a moisture (condensation) problem than the actaully the temp, although temp is very related.
are any of the ev100 LX series or newer (the ones that have error codes) and what code does it throw?
