Sounds like a condensation issue to me being in the Dominican Republic - high humidity& temperature differential exposure (ambient to 10F) when the unit is out of the 10F freezer. Things freeze up quickly when you go in to the cold - accelerator pots, etc. If you have heaters on the unit make certain they are OK - the heaters are nothing more than a resistor & resistor will burn out.
The hydraulic functions remain OK as they generally are contactor control only with SCR drive.

WHAT TRUCK MAKE? MODEL?, YEAR?, SERIAL NUMBER? This info is very helpful when trying to resolve issues. Also, is controller EV!00, EV100LX or LXT or EV100ZX?
