HYSTER FAULT CODE 39

HI
I HAVE A HYSTER H16.00XM-6 ON A 2004 AND I HAVE A PROBLEMS WITH THE DRIVE ON ERROR CODE 39. BOTH FORWARD AND REVRSE SOLINIOD ARE ACTIVE AT THE SAME TIME. I HAVE CHANGED THE JOYSTICK AND THE SOLINIOD BUT STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM?
