units shuts off when steering

hey would anybody know why a forklift would shut down when steering. am working on a kpho2a, i tried setting the timing but does the same problem, i also replaced the carburator. one thing is am not sure of the timing marks. any ideas. thanks

i found it! i had a bad orbiter valve. installed it unit does not shut down anymore
