Halla HBF18T Info and settings

Hi there can anyone supply a table of settings for the Sevcon sc2000 controller that is used in this truck.?

Serial number is BJ 031W.

HELLO MR.Michel v! I have problem with HALLA HBF15E,On the display many times is error FAIL.Sometimes is error CONT S/C and FET S/C.Forklift no drive,no hydroulic, no steering.

P.C If you can help me please send me an answer, it is very urgent.
