Nichiyu error accelerate by hand

dear all,

anyone have error code for nichiyu electric counter balance FB20P year 2007. now problem on forklift is sannot forward and reverse. display appear message accelerate by hand.
Please help me..!

Below type with SN.
Type : FB20P-60C-500
Sn: 241AA1786

Error message appair when we press pedal for reverse, for forward is OK.
No code error but just message error.

Hello Lugman,
First can you give the complete model name of this unit, it could be different ones (DC-70 , AC-70, -75series). When this error message (accelerate by hand) appairs on the display is when you press the accelerator pedal? I've never seen that error message before but I'm glad to help if possible.
