HELP WITH TROUBLE CODE

Hello, i'm getting a C1 trouble code on a Toyota Order Picker. does anybody have any idea what this code means or what i should be looking for?

Glen,
The model you listed is a reach truck. Is the truck a reach truck or an order picker. i know that there are some issues with the steer card in the the order picker, I would need a model to help.

c1 is 12v not present at steer controller. check for 12v led at steer controller and check battery. this is a common battery problem code. charge and see if it goes away for a while.
