How to produce "high quality" tyres?
1. Advanced technology including compound fomula, tyre design, scinece analysis
2. Labtory test and experiment
3. Modern machinary
4. Manufacture process control
5. Quality management system ISO9000-9004
6. Production line inspection
7. Finish products inspection
8. Raw meterial quality control
9. Our door test
Etc
To produce high quality produce is a very complicated procesure, it needs management, comunications, cooperations and rules

Brine,

I recognize China's manufacturing capabilities adn yes I have never been to China for business purposes but visited Japan 6 times fro a total of 36 days. On one trip we went to Shanghai for shopping visit one night & one day.

Since you promote your tires are "High Quality", what makes them "High Quality" and won't break like the low cost (the price to me was not so much lower than the US made higher quality screw) - low quality wood screws I experienced.

Everyone claims high quality - OK prove it not by trial and error method - quantify it - more this (carbon black, higher durometer, thicker tread, etc than leading estabilished brands)

China at present is the biggest manufacture of commodities. I beleive that you never come China before. So it is not strange for you to buy a screw in bad quality. If you come China you will see thousands of screws in defferent quality and price.
The problem is lots of customers(especial from US) they buy products in very low price, but in good quality. It is imporssible.
There are a Chinese proverb: one cent of value, one cent of cost.

Nice to meet you.
But sorry I never claim "high quality" solid tyre. Professionally we regard our tyre is "high-performance" industrial solid tyre. The plain explaination is: high performance means the tyre is high capacity, excellent anti-resistance, super elasticity, low heat-generating, comfortable, long life-span characteristics.
I am curious from where you know the my claim of "high quality"??? Can you make the explaination?
Thank you!

Youngster,

I am asking him to substaniate his claim of "High Quality" solid tyres.

So far I have not been convinced products made in China are of "High Quality". I do a bit of wood working and I will never again buy a simple wood screw made in China - commonly available in the "Big Box" home improvement stores in the US. They break off too often with just a bit of tightening. I pay a little more for US made screws - they work & don't break = High Quality in my book.

brine,
Please explain in plain, but accurate terms, why you also claim your company offers a "high quality" tire. I have yet to hear a tire company that sold to the industrial market that didn't claim "high quality" also.

Also, how does your tire compare in quality than other established tire manufacturers.
