ERP030TGN Fault Codes, 23, 51 & 257

Have the following fault codes on this unit. 23, 51 & 257. Unit will not travel or lift. Any help would be appricated

I think code 23 re to motor field toon start up in the reverse direction code 51 capacitor volts low befor line contractor closes and so traction would be disabled.
Don't know what 257 is dose it have an R or an L with that code.
