Discussion:
A reachtruck forklift for cold storage

I encountered a case in Vietnam, a reachtruck forklift for cold storage when used to load and unload goods had to move from a cold storage at minus 25 degrees Celsius to the loading bay area, the forklift had a lot of condensation in the electric motor compartment and the circuit boards, causing the vehicle to report an error and was diagnosed as having a damaged control board. Have you encountered this situation? Please give me advice so I can guide my customers to use it correctly in their case!

In Vietnam, cold storage usually does not have a buffer room, they drive the truck from the cold storage straight to the outside area to load the goods, in some cases they even take the truck to charge in the outside area. And the worst thing happens. I saw a case where they installed a heater in the motor compartment to reduce condensation.

Once a truck is in a cold store it stays in the cold store for the reason you have just described
