Yale ERCO60 S/N.E108V177512B.Dashboard Problem After shutdown the dashboard stay's on
and the only way the db turns off disconnect the battery.Could this be a common problem?

You may want to check your light harness in the back of the truck? They hide a diode in the rear harness. Just a thought. ETS1
try a new dash. they are not the most reliable.just check the power is turning off. easy test ,one of the middle pins in the plug will show you voltage at key on and nothing at key off. if not ,it must have a short somewhere
Key off ,all other function work,except dashboard if u say the cap is to be discharge and not do i replace or fix dashbaord
when you turn key off you should get meter reading then blank backlight stays on for a bit till capacitor discharges. is your keyswitch turning off ??
