Hi has anyone had error 068 and followed by 168 on a EFG 216 kn Machine is beeping flashing red triangle warning and has no drive or hydraulic, contactor drops because of error

A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
