Discussion:
We rebuilt several Cleco Maestro Aisle Crane, Are there others that need to be rebuilt or serviced?

Hi All,

We are a mechanical systems contractor working and living in NY & NJ. We have been doing my trade for over 25 years mostly dealing with HVAC, refrigeration, hydraulic lifts, and conveyors.

Last year we got a call from a customer who owns a nonfunctioning Cleco Maestro machine. We took them apart, rebuilt them, and put them back in service

We had no IOM manual, just wiring schematics, a parts list, and an operator's manual. One by one, we tested the systems and got them running again.we had to remove the factory-installed Siemens PLCs and replaced with updated models and reprogrammed them. After 6 months of working on this, we got the machine functional. This was one of 5 machines in a 300 x 100-foot warehouse, 70 feet high. They were very happy with my success and contracted me to fix the remaining machines.

Are there any other people out there that have rebuilt the Cleco Maestro machine?
