orange blink code on access3 traction controler

Hi, the model of this machine is esr4000 serial 8a102xxx. the dash display is blank, the line contactors do not close, the the blink sequence is 1blink pause 3 blink pause 9 blink pause 4 blink then the sequence repeats.anyone know meaning of this code, also if the dash display is not working will the truck still operate. Thanks.

Did you recently replace a module? Otherwise listen for the beep from the access1 display when you turn the truck on, if there is no beep then the truck won't operate.

The only time I've seen this is when a new module has been installed but the correct software is not installed. But it definitely sounds like an issue with your access 1 if it is not starting. I'd verify all the wiring and check the can circuit first.
