Did you recently replace a module? Otherwise listen for the beep from the access1 display when you turn the truck on, if there is no beep then the truck won't operate.

The only time I've seen this is when a new module has been installed but the correct software is not installed. But it definitely sounds like an issue with your access 1 if it is not starting. I'd verify all the wiring and check the can circuit first.
