Discussion:
Hands control problem??

Hi guys!

So I have this problem with a wave60 that happened since few weeks now out of nowhere. Sometimes when I drive the wave and stop to take a box for example, the monent I put my hands on the handles and want to move again the wave just stop there with the hands light icon and message « center control » or « hands control » something like that. I have to mess with the handles, go back and forth, remove hands and put back hands to finally make it start again. Also sometimes I'm not even on the wave but its powered on and it start to beep « center control » i'm like « wtf is there a ghost that wanna run it » haha :)

What could be the problem and how to fix this? Sometimes its when I'm raising the lift to put a box on a shelf and when I want to lower back the lift BOOM! Its acting like crazy, beeping center control and can't move/lower until I have messed up with the handles.

Sometimes every few minutes the wave stop right here and stuck with again hands/center control problem.

Thanks in advance!

I checked the calibration menu but don't really understand how this works. I mean.. when I'm in the calibration menu for the handle what I'm supposed to do exactly? Just move the handle slowly forward?

You can recalibrate the handle in the service menu otherwise the pot in the handle could be bad needing replacing.
