Discussion:
Creep speed

Sometimes the forklift runs normal, other times it stays in "creep mode" and doesn't kick into the higher speed. all of the contactors look to be in good shape and activating when it works correctly. Could this be the contactor faulting out sporadically?

A good place to start is to look at the entry bar circuit.
There is a relay (k-11) located inside the contactor cover at the bottom.
It has 2 circuits on it. 1 runs the entry bar alarm and the other sends a signal to the card to inhibit speed.
