Discussion:
Hydraulic in my hyundai forklift will randomly lock up

So I need some help I have been fighting with this forklift for months chasing down leaks, replacing broken parts and the like. General maintenance stuff but now I'm stuck I had to replace two hoses as one had come apart from it's coupling and the other had a burst in the line. This is when the problem started. I had just finished up and checked if the forklift was running fine which it was so I put it back into use. The next day I was informed that the hydraulics would just stop working on the mast which made no sense but if you sit there for a moment playing with the joysticks they would slowly return over the course of a minute or two. I have checked the lines and I don't believe there is any air in the lines and the pump seems to work fine but when the lock up happens you can't heard the pump even trying.

Hello Maintenance man, did you ever figure this out? I am having the same issue with a 110D-7E and it's not making any sense. It only happens when the temp is cooler as well
