LIFT CYLINDER REBUILD KIT IDENTIFICATION single mast 1.5 diameter shaft

Trying to figure how to track down a rebuild kit for my forklift. The forklift model number is 2015. I think it is a mid 1950's era. I could not locate a mast number on the left hand side, but there was a mast number cast in top of mast: 604703.

I have some photographs i could post. The top of the cylinder has eight bolts holding in the cap.
