Combilift C4000

Hi I got new Combilift 4500 2023 year diesel and the wheels will not change directions them self when using the joystick.
I carried out all the checks, bleeding and calibration procedure.
Sometimes only front will do or only back and I noticed the if I'm rev the engine and pull the reach lever the truck will start the changing looks like is an hydraulic fault, could be the 6 way valve ?

As this is a 2023 truck there should be no major issues. Initial thoughts could be a sensor moved or possibly a valve issue. In the UK Combilift has a specific technical team that work with all service personnel and will provide technical support.
