Mitsubishi Model #: EDR18N2 Serial #: 82827655
codes: E3142.01, E3154.01 AND E3504.01.

Good day all,
when driving this forklift, it suddenly shutdown and the display shows fork in red.
I don't have the manual and Mitsubishi will not sell us the shop repair manual; please can anybody help me of what these codes means? I am hoping somebody can sell us the shop repair manual. we are on the island of St. Maarten.
we hardly have any help here, please we need any advice, we greatly appreciate any help.
