Engine dies when throttle pressed

I've replaced the lock off and the convertor. The engine will idle fine but when you press the accelerator it dies like it's lacking enough fuel supply. Any help is appreciated.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
