PCST to Yale D849 Reach Truck

We recently got some Yale MR20HD and i need to change few parameters. I have PCST 4.95 and ifak cable as well but it doesn't connect with these reach trucks.

any Yale tech can guide me, if i am using wrong software or cable may be? I read somewhere that it may need zapi can console plugin to connect. Please support.

You can use a Zapi handset and plug into the EPS controller, you can then select the module you want to change the parameters on, the manual for these machines to go through all the parameters etc is easy enough to find online.
